Bike Guard Curv bike case rental for road bike, triathlon bike and mountain bike

Are you starting a triathlon or race on your bike abroad soon? Or are you going to ride a nice tour there? Especially if you go by plane or train, protecting your bike with a suitcase is recommended or even mandatory. Then you can rent a bike case from ASW. When do you need a bike box?

If you travel by train or plane, it is highly recommended or even mandatory to pack your bike well. This way you avoid damage to your bike and disappointment upon arrival at your destination.

Features Bike Guard Curv

The Curv Bike Guard is the lightest case on the market and suitable for road bikes, triathlon bikes and 29" mountain bikes. The Curv is a so-called hard case case, in which you can pack your bike extra securely.

The case is light and strong, ideal for a long trip. With straps on the inside of the shells you keep the bike and wheels in place. Additional filling elements in the case ensure that your bike is super well protected and you can take lots of extra clothes and accessories with you.

Rent a bike case for your race or trip from ASW

Do you have a triathlon, race or bike ride on your calendar? Then don't wait too long to reserve your bike case. 

You order your bike case this way:

• Select the day you want to pick up your bike case (pick up from 2 pm)
• Select the day on which you want to return the bike case (return before 12h)
• Add the bike case to your cart
  
• Follow the steps to place your order
• You will receive an order confirmation by email

Pick up of the bike case (from 14h)

You can pick up your rented bike case in our store in Amsterdam. A bike case cannot be shipped due to its size.

Using the bike box and the deposit

If you rent a nearly-new bike box from ASW, we assume that you will handle it with care. When renting, we charge a deposit of €100 per bike case. When the bike box is returned clean, undamaged and complete with all accessories, the deposit is refunded immediately.

Please note: ASW cannot be held liable for damage or loss of a bike when using the bike box.

Returning the bike box

After you have used the bike case and the rental period ends, we assume that you return the case to us without delay so that we can rent it to another cyclist. 

You return the suitcase in this manner:

• Clean the suitcase after your trip
• Is there any damage to the suitcase? Please let us know as soon as possible (before returning it) by e-mail with photo
• Return the suitcase to the store

Rental fee as credit toward the purchase of a new bike suitcase

Did you like using the bike suitcase? And would you like to purchase your own bike box? Then we are happy to help you purchase a new bike box. Within 6 months after renting a bike box, we will give you the rental price (excluding shipping costs) as a discount on the purchase price of your new bike box. Please contact us before purchasing one, and we will arrange the discount for you.
