When you buy something from us, our terms and conditions apply. That is why our terms and conditions are also on the website and you confirm when you purchase it that you have taken note of it. If desired, we can always send you the conditions by e-mail or by post, let us know.
All products and services that we offer are on our website. We do our utmost to offer everything as clear and completely as possible. Did we make a mistake, right? Then let us know, we will adjust it.
If you place an order with us, we will immediately send you an order confirmation, with all the details of your order. Then we will send your order as soon as possible or let us know when you can come and pick up your order. After delivery you will receive your invoice from us, on which all the information is also on.
Right of withdrawal and your cooling -off period
Not good? Then you get your money back. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply send it back to us or you can bring it to us. You don't have to tell us the reason.
With us you have a 30 -day reflection time after receiving your order, in which you can let us know that you will be abandoned by the purchase. After registering the return shipment, you must ensure that your order will be back with us within 14 days. You make us happy if you send it back in the original and undamaged packaging.
Make sure that you use the product and the packaging during the cooling -off period. You can unpack and try the product like this, as you could do in a store, for example. Do you use the product more? Then we can no longer sell it to someone else. That may mean that you do not get the entire purchase amount back from us.

All current prices and shipping costs are stated on our website. All amounts are shown including taxes.
Namning Agreement and Guarantee
We do our utmost to deliver your order properly and in full. Did something go wrong? Or is one of the products not satisfactory? Then contact us immediately so that we can solve it for you.
The legal warranty applies to all purchases. In addition, a product also has an extra factory warranty in many cases. For that extra factory warranty we then follow the guidelines of the manufacturer or importer. Do you have a guarantee request? Let us know that right away, then we can judge it immediately and we will come up with a good solution together with you.
We deliver your order as soon as possible. If we have ordered it in stock, we will send it within one to two working days or you can come and pick it up within one or two days of working days.
If we don't have your order in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. And if we can no longer deliver it, then we will let you know and you can choose from a different product. Does the delivery take too long or do you not want any other product? Then you can cancel your order and then we will deposit the entire purchase amount back to you as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
When placing the order we offer various payment options. If you opt for advance payment, we will process and send your order after the payment has arrived with us. Let us know if our payment details are not correct.
Occasionally something goes wrong with an order. Or we make a mistake, that also happens. In any case, let us know with a clear description of your complaint. In all cases we confirm the receipt of your complaint and we then apologize. We will then answer your message within 14 days at the latest with a substantive answer. Then we try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
