You simply replace your laces with these elastic cords, use the double cord stopper to adjust tension, and tie off the ends so they don’t slip through the stopper. The lace ends are also heat-shrink wrapped to prevent fraying and have built-in reflective weaving for night training. The elastic laces are strong enough to be set at any desired tension. They are robust enough to withstand at least one season of constant use (including training) and abuse from sun exposure (UV) and moisture (salt sweat).
