Shipping policy

In all cases we will send your order as soon as possible. If your order is in stock and you order on a working day before 3 p.m., we will send your order on the same day. We will send orders placed later or on weekend and public holidays. Do we not have a product in stock? Then we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery time as soon as possible.

To retrieve
You can also come and pick up your order in our store. You then pay no shipping costs. If your order is ready for you, you will receive an e-mail about it. You can then come by without an announcement. Take your order confirmation with you and pay attention to the opening hours of the store.

Orders, if placed during the opening hours of our store, are usually ready for you within two hours. Orders placed outside our opening hours are the next shopping day ready for you. Do you want to pick up your order faster? Then call us, then we try to prepare it right away.

Day -off
After sending your order, it usually takes a few days before the shipment is delivered to you. This time duration may be longer due to, for example, seasonal crowds at our shipping partners, international shipping and customs formalities. Unfortunately, we have no influence on a long (er) cross -and -end time.

Receive and if you are not at home
With Track & Trace from our shipping partner you can keep an eye on the delivery of the shipment. We will send your order to a home address, work address or a service point from our shipping partner.

In the unlikely event that you are not at home, the shipment is often offered again the next working day or brought to a service point from the shipping partner. There you can pick it up. If the delivery ultimately fails, the shipment will be returned to us.

Note: Is a shipment returning because you were not at home or because you didn't pick it up? Then keep in mind that the return shipment can then take several weeks. After we have received the return shipment, we can send it again. Keep in mind that we can then charge shipping costs again.

Did not receive a package?
Have you not yet received your order? And no collection message for a service point? Then first consult the track & trace of our shipping partner, which you received by e-mail when sending your package. If the information does not provide clarity, you can send us an e-mail and we will keep you informed of this procedure:

  1. Consult the Track & Trace.
  2. Information question at our shipping partner.
  3. If the information request at the shipping partner does not provide clarity, we will start an investigation in collaboration with the shipping partner to trace the shipment.
  4. Has the shipment not been found or delivered yet? Then the shipment may be missing. We then ask you to fill in a statement in which you indicate that you have not received the shipment. After completing this statement, we make and send a new order or, if desired, you will receive the purchase amount back from us.
