Smart trainers send power (watts) to Swift And automatically vary the resistance to adapt to the changing terrain and the circumstances. Some even vibrate to simulate the 'way feeling'. This real-time feedback ensures the most compelling swift experience.

Most Smart trainers connect wirelessly to Zwift via ANT+ with a USB ANT+ stick or via the Zwift Companion app via Bluetooth Smart (BLE).
