Assistant Store Manager Amsterdam (32 hours).
With more and more customers in our store and the service we want to continue to offer to all these customers, we are looking for a new assistant store manager for our Amsterdam store.
Do you have a great passion for (endurance) sports? Are you good at giving advice and do you want to combine that with leading and giving leadership to the ASW team? Then read on and apply immediately.
In the ASW store many athletes visit us daily for advice and products for swimming, cycling, running and triathlon. Of course they also come by for your tips & tricks to improve training and competitions.
As our assistant store manager, you greet every visitor enthusiastically. And with your advice and enthusiasm you then help find the right product for the customer.
Who are we looking for?
- You have enthusiasm for selling sporting goods and affinity with sports; you know what you are advising on. Specific work experience is not required, we find enthusiasm much more important.
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader or other experience that shows you can lead a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication with good command of Dutch and English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Availability of four or five days per week, including Saturdays.

Bike mechanic Amsterdam (32 hours)
We are expanding our new store in Amsterdam with a workshop for the finest road and triathlon bikes. Why? Because every day we get questions about where our customers can find a really good bike mechanic.
Are you that good bike mechanic? If you join us, we won't have to send our customers to bike stores far away. They can come to you with their special bike.
Special bikes are something we come by a lot. Novice racers are already riding beautiful bikes that often could use some love. Do you also give tips and tricks to the owner? After all, prevention is better than cure.
And experienced triathletes and even professional triathletes ride the best material available. There are really beautiful bikes among them, which the owners only leave with a good mechanic.

Store assistant Amsterdam (16-32 hours)
For the expansion of our team in our store in Amsterdam we are looking for a store assistant. Are you an enthusiastic athlete and have you always wanted to turn your passion into your job? Then this is your chance.

Who are we looking for?
For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic (endurance) athlete who provides visitors to our store with the best advice and products. You have a passion for sports and you know how to pass this on.
Strong communication in word and writing with good command of the Dutch and English languages are a requirement. Other languages are an advantage.
You are available two, three or four days a week, whereby we also agree on when you will join the team on Saturday and/or Sunday.
Specific work experience is not required. In fact, we find it more important that you are an enthusiastic athlete just like our clients!

You will help with the daily handling of all online orders, advising customers in the store and keeping the website up-to-date.
In between running, cycling or swimming together?
Per week you will work 1 to 3 days, where of course we will always schedule your hours in consultation, so that we take into account your other activities and commitments. In the vacations you can always come to work extra. We offer you a good salary and a purchase scheme for everything you need as an athlete.
