The ends of the laces are also shrink-wrapped to prevent fraying and have a built-in reflective weave for night training. The elastic laces are strong enough to be adjusted to any tension. They are rugged enough to withstand at least one season of constant use (including training) and abuse in the sun (UV) and moisture (salt sweat).
