When the water is 14°C, choose a full neoprene model wetsuit at least 2 mm thick. This way the swimsuit will keep you as warm as possible, it is also advisable to wear a neoprene bathing cap, gloves and/or socks as you will lose a lot of heat through your head. When the water temperature is above 18°C, choose a lighter model neoprene wetsuit. These are often the more expensive wetsuits because the neoprene is thinner and of much better quality.
