Make sure you protect your skin against abrasion. This applies to both the neck for, for example, a wet suit and the buttocks of long cycling.
For sanding in the neck you can use a body glide or natural glide.
For sanding or lighting the seat, it is best to choose a chamois cream or a riding cream. Apply a small amount of this cream to your seat and this protects you against irritation.
In bad weather such as cold or rain you can protect your legs well with the protect oil. This ensures that cold, wind and rain have less influence on your skin.
