If you are not at home
If you are not at home Post NL offers the shipment the next day again. If you also miss this offer, you can pick up the package at the Post Office. Make sure that you keep track on the Track and Trace code we have send you.
Collection is possible in our warehouse at Schollenbrugstraat 10-hs in Amsterdam . You can indicate this during the payment process and this is completely free of course. We would like to do this by appointment because we are often out of doors for appointments. Please enter your telephone number so that we can contact you.
As soon as the order is at the collection point you will receive an email message from us. This is usually within 24 hours (on working days).
Did you miss delivery and then did not pick it up at the pick-up point?, and your package is now returned to AthleteSportsWorld? Please take into account that it will take quite some time (and specially shipments from outside the Netherlands, a few weeks) before we receive the package back. If you want the product to be sent again afterwards, we will charge you this shipping costs.
