AthleteSportsWorld.com will always do its best that your order is delivered to you correctly. Unfortunately, we are also dependent on third parties in this process. If the package arrives damaged (and the products are damaged) we ask you to notify us immediately. You can do this the easiest and fastest via the contact form.
Depending on the damage, we will consult with you to resolve the damage as well and as quickly as possible.
Not happy, money back
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can use your right of withdrawal for 30 days. Please contact us via the contact form so that we can send you a return label (this is then valid for 3 working days) We will return the value of the returned products to you. Returns must always first be announced in writing stating a reason for return.
The free return is only applicable to the entire order. Returning a part of the order is for your own account.
When you return the entire order, you will be credited the entire invoice amount including shipping costs for the delivery.
In case of a guarantee or defect you can return the product. To expedite the whole, we ask you to report a guarantee or defect via the contact form with a clear complaint description. This way it ends up directly with the right person. The return procedure will be sent to you after your request by email.
Pack your order at all times very well and properly to prevent further damage.
Warranty Term Non-Food
The guarantee period for non-food is always at least 2 years. Longer warranty periods are stated on our website or in the documentation that you receive with your order.
How do you apply for warranty
You can make your warranty application via the contact form. Please clearly state your order number, name webshop in the subject and indicate what is faulty with a clear complaint description. As a result of your request we can ask you for digital photos (please note the number of Kb per photo).
