TRAIN AS YOUR RACE® WITH THE SIM ELITE II SHORTS
The SIM is the first practical triathlon and swim training tool to simulate body posture and the experience of a swim in the swimsuit by lifting you up - without overheating wearing a wet suit in a 26 ° C swimming pool. This patent has been applied for for a game changer. It is better than a pull buoy, because it allows you to kick and run in a natural way. It also gives a touch of warmth for those cold morning exercises. The SIM creates training-specific training courses for every dive. Once you have tried it, you will never want to go back. Please note, these shorts are designed for the pool and should have excellent durability if you rinse them after use with fresh water and dry them thoroughly.
Fit-tip: SIM shorts are neoprene and release something in the water. However, they have a drawcord for adjustment.
GET THE FASTEST BODY POSITION
The SIM Elite II lifts your hips, just like a wetsuit, putting you in the fastest possible position and helping your body develop the muscle memory you need on race day. Most manufacturers of top wetsuits only focus on buoyancy. Of course, wetsuits help you get up, but that's not enough - and in some cases it can really be a hindrance to fast swimming. To get the fastest body posture you have to remove the buoyancy, the mass and the resistance from places where you do not want it. With the SIM Elite II we add buoyancy to the hips and legs, making the fastest position possible. We also use Yamamoto's SCS coating to further reduce mold resistance. We are convinced that you will feel the ROKA difference as soon as you jump into the water.
For the SIM Elite, we use exactly the same materials as its big brother, the Maverick Elite Wetsuit. This gives exactly the feeling that you will have on the racing day. "Training Like You Race" starts with the development of precise muscle and neurological adjustments - with the SIM Elite you can do that.
The SIM Elite is 100% premium Yamamoto-neoprene from Japan. We use Yamamoto # 39 SCS coated neoprene in various thicknesses. # 39 has long been a favorite in premium triathlon wetsuit and offers an excellent balance between performance and costs. SCS is Yamamoto's patented hydrophobic surface coating.
