Getting the right fatty acids is essential for every athlete. Taking sufficient Omega 3 has a positive effect on the heart, counteracts inflammation, provides a better focus and keeps resistance at the level of physical loads. The most important acids in which you are bathed are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This is mainly found in fatty fish. To get enough of this inside, we recommend eating 2 pieces of (fatty) fish per week.
If this does not fit in your program, you can use the QWIN Omega 3 with an optimal amount of EPA (180 mg) and DHA (120 mg) per softgel. Keep in mind that you will see a positive effect with a minimum intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA per day, or two softgels per day.
