Hammer Nutrition's Race Day Boost is a product that buffers the lactate and provides a performance promotion. In the extensive study that have been done to date of Race Day Boost's, cyclists have generated an 8% improvement over time in a 40km time trial.
Ingredients† Malic acid, a natural substance that provides more energy and is in different types of fruit, has been added to Race Day Boost to balance the high value of alkality in this product. This reduces or disappears or disappears.
If you have a somewhat sharing days, this protocol can be used:
- Follow the same 4-day loading protocol as described above.
- Take 4 Capsules Race Day Boost with Recoverite as soon as possible after the game, with a 4-capsule dose of Race Day Boost with food later in the day / evening.
- Follow this 'maintenance dose' protocol twice a day after each phase.
