On this page you can read everything about how renting a bicycle suitcase works. You can also reserve a bicycle case right away.

When do you need a bicycle suitcase?

If you travel by train or by plane, it is highly advisable or even obliged to pack your bike properly. This way you prevent damage to your bike and disappointment upon arrival at the destination. Even if you make a long journey by car or bus, properly packaging your bike is a must to prevent damage.

TheEvoc Travel Bag bicycle case is suitable for both your racing bike, triathlon bike and 29 "mountain bike.To properly transport your bike you only have to disassemble the pedals, steering wheel and wheels.

The Evoc Travel Bag is very light and sturdy although this is not a bicycle case. However, this Travel Bag provides sufficient protection to be able to transport your bike without damage.

We rent the Evoc bicycle case including an extra fork protector and a Evoc Chaincover. Also use the Chaincover, so that your chain is protected and the suitcase remains clean.

Rent a bicycle suitcase for your competition or trip at ASW

Do you have a triathlon, competition or bike ride in your agenda? Then don't wait too long to book your bicycle suitcase.

You order your bicycle suitcase in this way:

• Select the day on which you want to pick up your bicycle suitcase
• Select the day on which you bring the bicycle case back
• Add the bicycle suitcase to your shopping cart
  
• Follow the steps to place your order
• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail

Pick up the bicycle suitcase

You can pick up your rented bicycle suitcase in our store in Amsterdam. A bicycle case cannot be sent due to the size.

The use of the bicycle suitcase and the deposit

If you rent a new bicycle suitcase from ASW, we assume that you handle it carefully. When renting, we calculate a deposit of € 100 per bicycle case. If the bicycle suitcase is returned clean, undamaged and complete with all accessories, you will be repaid immediately.

Please note: ASW cannot be held liable for damage or loss of a bicycle when using the bicycle case.

Return the bicycle case

After you have used the bicycle suitcase and the rental period ends, we assume that you will return the suitcase to us without delay, so that we can rent it out to another cyclist.

You return the suitcase in this way:

• Clean the suitcase after your trip
• Has damage caused to the suitcase? Let us know by e-mail as soon as possible (before returning) with picture
• Bring the suitcase back to the store

Rental price as credit for the purchase of a new bicycle suitcase

Did you use the bicycle suitcase well? And would you like to purchase your own bicycle suitcase? Then we are happy to help you with the purchase of a new bicycle suitcase. Within 6 months after renting a bicycle suitcase you will receive the rental price (excluding any shipping costs) from us as a discount on the purchase price of your new bicycle suitcase. Before you want to purchase one, please contact us and we will arrange the discount for you.
