Did you know that you can also see the minimum expiration date of the products. Is there nothing to it? Then the product can be kept for at least 4 months. A THT date does not say much in sports nutrition, because the effect, taste and composition of the product only changes very slowly. Often you can use it for months (and sometimes years) after the indicated THT date.

Twin fascia roller with booster in a set

By combining the Twin Fascia roller with the booster vibration chern, muscle tensions and adhesions in the fascia can be released even more effectively. The massage effect is reinforced by vibration, the muscle and fascia tissue is detached and a multidimensional vibration massage is created.

Due to the variable intensities, the Booster Set Twin can be used optimally for activation before exercising (high frequencies) and for regeneration after exercise (low frequencies). This loosens muscle and fascia tissue and creates a multi-dimensional vibration massage. The treatment of extremely painful trigger points can be a bit uncomfortable with a fascia roller only when you start training.

In combination with the booster you will find the vibration massage much more pleasant. That is because the pain receptors are irritated by the vibrations. In brackets: the booster can be combined with any 30 cm long fasciarol from BLACKROLL®.

The BLACKROLL® Twin combines our classic, the Standard Fascia Roller and the Duoball 12 Fascia ball. Due to the recess in the middle, the Twin is particularly suitable for use on the back, since the backbone is omitted when rolling up.

Compared to our Duoball, however, the contact surfaces on the left and right are wider. The massage of the fascia on the left and right side of the spine is therefore more extensive and less selective. In addition, the rotation of the material stimulates the skin and tissue in the middle rod of the twin, especially when used on the legs and arms.
