Dosage advice: dissolve 1 measuring scoop of powder (approx. 35 g) in a water bottle with 500ml water (or 1.5 size scoop 50g in a bottle with 750ml water)
Suggested usage: divide the drinking of the Isotonic Sportdrink during the warming up (ideal is drinking 200 to 300ml) over a period of 1 hour before starting until just before the effort / race. During the effort / race, if possible every half hour approx. 300ml of the Isotonic Sportdrink.
Dosage advice: dissolve a half full scoop of powder (about 20g) in a bottle with 500ml (or an almost full scoop approx. 30g in a bottle with 750ml water)
Use advice: before and during training / competitions to your own needs. Guideline drink 500ml (1 bottle) to approx. 1 liter divided over 60 minutes, quantity depends on the temperature buten and degree of exertion.
Ontzettend lekkere isotone sportdrank. Soms heb je sportdranken waar je echt last van krijgt of die na 2 bidons drinken gewoon niet meer lekker vindt smaken. Bij deze isotone sportdrank heb ik daar nooit last van gehad.
