The BLACKROLL ® RELEAZER is a patented therapeutic fasciamassager for the treatment of fascies and muscles. Due to targeted pressure, massing motion and a deeply functioning vibration massage, even strongly heeding fascial tissue becomes supple again. The BLACKROLL ® RELEAZER combines the technique of myofasciale (self) massage with the advantages of vibration. The RELEAZER has two easily adjustable vibrational levels: The simple static vibration and the wavy, oscillating motion. Both types of massage improve the elasticity of the tissue and promote blood circulation. However, with the oscillating movement, the effect is much more intense. The intensity of the massage can also be arranged by the different treatment areas of RELEAZER. The RELEAZER has two distinct pronouns and two edges. As an introduction to the RELEAZER massage we recommend the curves and, in the case of longer experience with the BLACKROLL ® RELEAZER, the more intense edges.
How do you use the BLACKROLL ® RELEAZER?
The RELEAZER is suitable for static and dynamic massages. The static massage makes punctual hares free. To do this, perform a similar pressure on the selected area three times in a row, and then move to the next point. In case of dynamic application, the fascies are smoothed. The movement can be slow or fast. A faster movement leads to a superficial massage effect in the upper tissue area. With a slower movement you can achieve a greater depth effect in the massage.

The RELEAZER has been developed by the renowned pain therapist Christopher Gordon (CIT). Gordon has invested many years in the development of a perfect fascial massager. In a 2015 clinical study conducted (randomised, double-checked, standardized), presented with great success at the Fascia World Congress in Washington, therapeutic successes were clearly demonstrated.
