The loop bands from Blackroll® are a real innovation on the Fitness Band Sets market and have been specially developed for training small muscular letters. By specifically training these muscles, you reduce the risk of injuries and improve your body statics. At the same time you promote muscles with the fitness bands set that are not used at all or only slightly at other sports.

As flexible and handy training tools, the loop fitness tires can be used everywhere where you want to do a sports session. That can be home, during the lunch break at the office or in the park after work. The carefully developed fitness bands each have a length of 32 centimeters and can be used flexibly for many different exercises.

A textile material is processed here, which ensures higher training comfort. At the same time, the textile used is particularly skin-friendly and pleasing even after prolonged use. With the loop bands fitness tire set you get six different band resistors - for all requirements and different muscle groups.

Functional training with the loop bands

Whether it is in the gym, in your own living room, in the park or travel - with the loops bands you can train everywhere where you want to do something for your condition and specific muscle chains. Thanks to the natural rubber that is woven into skin-friendly textile fibers, you do not experience irritating pulling on the skin during training and the skin surface is not red. At the same time you can change the intensity and extent of your training every day. Thanks to the many possibilities to shape the exercises, you will never be bored during the training and it is nice to stay targeted fit.

  • For each training, check the fitness tapes on damage and only use undamaged material.
  • Start training slowly and use a blackroll® runway line with a low resistance.
  • You can gradually increase and switch the size of your exercises to models with a higher resistance.
  • It is important that you perform your exercises in a slow and steadily pace. Also make sure that you breathe evenly.
  • Exhalation must happen during the strenuous part of the exercise with the loop bands.
  • If pain occurs, you must immediately interrupt the training and seek advice from a specialist.
