This Arena pullbouy is a float that strengthens your body by clamping this float between your thighs or ankles during training. This means you have to fully focus on arm strength. Your legs float.
The pull bouy is made of polyethylene. Is very light. but ensures a good location for the swimmer and is also very comfortable to wear.
