Terms of service
Dear visitor, by law we are obliged to use standard terms and conditions. Conditions which are often long and uncertain.
We use shorter prefer other conditions where, you know, the customer is and we will do everything (within our ability) to help you as a customer. These friendly conditions can be found directly below. The other conditions can be found at the bottom of the page (if you have time and want to read that) ..
Here are our terms. In many online shops you will find extensive and complicated conditions where a lot of fine print in it. So it was with us. However, we believe that there is another way. The objective is to arrive at a solution together !!
- The moment you order from us then you have an obligation to pay. That is, you actually pay the order. See you on the order? Give us through in theContact Formor by replying to your confirmation email or firstname.lastname@example.org. Paid orders we then quickly repay. And within maximum 3 working days and but usually the same day.
- Unsatisfied?Contact us and we will try to find a solution. This can be done via the contact form, email or telephone.
- Want to send goods back?Send us a message via theContact Form or specify this in your account .. You have come 30 days in time to send the goods back.
- Return of orders is at their own expense.
- Once the stuff at us inside you get refunded your money back (possibly + shipping). This takes 2 to 3 days, but usually the same than return receipt.
- We will always do our utmost to your order (if ordered before 16h on weekdays) to send the same day. The dispatch is always through Fietskoeriers.nl / DHL or larger packages via TNT.
- Shipments outside the Netherlands are always sent via PostNL and handled by one of its foreign partners.
- You will receive an email with a Track and Trace number.
- For orders to pick addresses receive a message when it is ready for you.
- If something is not in stock, we will contact you. It can sometimes prevent us send an alternative so that your order is not delayed. We try to do it first have to contact you to explain the alternative to. Would you not agree with the alternative? Please contact us together to find a solution.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions come into force from september 2017.
Article 1 Definitions
In these conditions, the following definitions apply:
1.1 "Purchase Agreement" means a contract in which you come buy products remotely (eg via the webshop, by phone or by e-mail) and these products by us (or a third party);
1.2 "You" means a consumer (individual) who does not act within the framework of a trade, business, craft or profession;
1.3 "Right of withdrawal": your ability to see within the waiting period of the Purchase Agreement;
1.4 "we": the natural or legal person offering you the products at a distance;
1.5 "Model withdrawal form 'in Annex I of these conditions European model form included withdrawal;

Article 3 Applicability
3.1 These terms and conditions apply to any offer from us and each of you signed Purchase Agreement.
3.2 Before you buy something from us, we bring these general conditions and any specific product requirements clearly to your attention. We must do so that you can download, print and store these conditions.
3.3 If the terms and specific product or service conditions are in conflict with each other, you can rely on the applicable provision that is most beneficial to you.
Article 4 Supply
4.1 If a product is available only temporarily or under certain conditions, it is clearly stated on the product page.
4.2 The product page includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable you to evaluate the product good. If we use images, then they must be truthful.
4.3 Each product page should be so clear that it is clear to you what your rights and obligations when purchasing the product.
4.4 We are not only subject to errors or mistakes on the product page, as it clear to you that this is a mistake or error.
Article 5 Purchase Agreement
5.1 The Purchase Agreement is concluded at the moment that you have accepted the purchase of the product and related conditions.
5.2 After the closing of the Purchase Agreement, we will send you a confirmation by email.
5.3 We make sure that you can order and pay safely and we provide adequate technical and organizational security of all (personal) data.
5.4 We will, regardless of our other legal information obligations latest on delivery of the product to send you the following information in writing:
A. Visit our address to lodge complaints;
b. the conditions and how you can use the Right of withdrawal, or a clear statement as the Right of Withdrawal is excluded;
c. information about guarantees and after sales service;
d. the price including all taxes of the product; the delivery costs; the method of payment, delivery or performance of the Purchase Agreement;
e. If you have a Right of withdrawal, the Model withdrawal form.
Article 6 Right of withdrawal
6.1 You can a Purchase Agreement with a grace period of 30 days without giving reasons revoked. We may ask you the reason for withdrawal, but you do not have to answer.
6.2 The period begins on the day after, or before you designate third:
a) has received the product; or
b) if you have ordered several products in the same order: the day when you, or a third designated by you, has received the final product;
c) if the supply of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces: the day when you, or you designate third, the last shipment of the final part has received;
d) contracts for regular delivery of goods during a certain period: the day when you, or you designate third, received the first product.
Article 7 Your obligations during the reflection time
7.1 During the reflection time you must handle the product and packaging carefully. You can only unpack or use the product if this is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the operation of the product. The starting point here is that you can only use and inspect the product as you could do in a store.
7.2 If you do not carefully handle the product, as set out in paragraph 1, and the product is damaged as a result, you are liable for the impairment of the product.
7.3 You are not liable for impairment of the product, if we have not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
Article 8 Exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and costs thereof
8.1 If you use your statutory right of withdrawal, report this within the reflection period by means of the cancellation form or in a different unambiguous manner to us.
8.2 You send the product back, or dispose of the product (an authorized representative of) within 14 days after the cancellation.
8.3 You send the product back with all supplied accessories, as much as possible in original condition, packaging and according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.
8.4 The risk and the burden of proof for the right and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.
8.5 You carry the direct cost of returning the product.
Article 9 Our obligations upon cancellation
9.1 If you report us that you want to use the cancellation right, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail after this message.
9.2 If you report within 30 days of receiving the products that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments made by you within 30 days after your notification. If we offer to collect the product yourself, we may wait with repayment until we have received the product or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product.
9.3 We use the same payment method for refund if you have used unless you agree with a different payment method. The reimbursement is free of charge for you.
9.4 If you have opted for a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to repay the additional costs for the more expensive method.
Article 10 Problem right exclusion
We can exclude the following products from the right of withdrawal if we clearly state this on the product page:
a. Products made according to your specifications that are not manufactured and manufactured on the basis of your individual choice or decision, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
b. Products whose price is bound to fluctuations on the financial market on which we have no influence and that may occur within the withdrawal period;
c. Products that quickly spoil or have a limited shelf life;
d. Sealed products that are not suitable for reducing health protection or hygiene to be returned and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
e. Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery by their nature;
f. Alcoholic beverages of which the price has been agreed upon when the purchase agreement is concluded, but whose delivery can only take place after 30 days, and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market on which we have no influence;
G. Sealed audio, video recordings or computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
h. Newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
Article 11 The price
11.1 During the not increased the prices of the products on the product page listed validity of the offer, unless a price adjustment is necessary due to changes in VAT rates.

12.1 We warrant that the products comply with the Purchase Agreement and the specifications listed on the product page. We are also sure that the products meet the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability, the statutory provisions and / or government regulations and any agreements made with you about other than normal use.
12.2 additional guarantee means any undertaking by us, our supplier, importer or producer which grant it certain rights or claims to you beyond which it is required by law, in the event we fail to fulfill our part of the Purchase Agreement .
12.3 An additional guarantee not limit your legal rights and claims.
Article 13 Delivery and implementation
13.1 We take the utmost care in the execution of the Purchase Agreement and the delivery of the products.
13.2 We deliver the product to the address you have provided to us.
13.3 We will ship the products as soon as possible and deliver within 30 days. We can agree with you another delivery.
13.4 If delivery is delayed or an order is not or only partially be executed, you will receive notice as soon as possible, within 30 days after placing the order. You have in this case the right to terminate the Purchase Agreement at no cost.
13.5 After dissolution as referred to in the previous paragraph, we will be the amount you paid, repay immediately.
13.6 The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to you or to a previously designated by you and us announced representative, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 14 Payment
14.1 You will pay the amounts due within 14 days after the start of the reflection period, unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Agreement. If a cooling-off period is missing, you will pay the amounts due within 14 days after closing of the Purchase Agreement, unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Agreement.
14.2 If a payment is agreed, you can assert any rights regarding the implementation of the order, before the advance payment has been made.
14.3 You are required to notify us of possible inaccuracies in the payment details immediately.
14.4 If you are unable to meet your payment (s) meets, we need you to late payment and a deadline of 14 days to allow time to meet your payment obligations. If you do not pay within this 14-day period, you also pay the statutory interest on the amount owed. We can then bring extrajudicial fees you charge. Article 15 Complaints procedure

Article 16 Disputes

16.2 If the complaint cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, the Dutch court in Amsterdam, or the competent court of the district where you live, is authorized to take note of the dispute.
Article 17 Changes and additions General conditions
17.1 Changes to these General Terms and Conditions shall only take effect after it has been published in the appropriate manner. If these changes apply to you during the duration of an offer, the most favorable provisions apply to you.
17.2 Additional or deviating provisions may not be disadvantaged. These must be recorded in writing and can be stored by you.
