Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can use your right of withdrawal 30 days. The right of withdrawal means that in that period you have the right to return the product to us.

Do you want to appeal to a guarantee case or defect? Then read this page.

The return of the products (at eg wrong size, wrong color etc) is at its own expense. There are two options here:

  • We can send you a return label where you immediately pay the costs through our carrier (shipments then go through PostNL or through one of their partners). For shipments outside the Netherlands, this is only possible for the countries below. If you use it here, you can indicate this when registering a return if you are logged in to our webshop or you can send an email to

A return label remains 7 days valid, within this time you must have delivered the package to a (PostNL) inlet point.

European Returns service via ASW for: Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Note: It takes more time for returns from abroad to come back to us. Please note that the European return shipment sometimes last a few weeks.

The Netherlands
For returns in the Netherlands you have mails via PostNL 2 return options (package, and mailbox package). The costs are determined depending on the size and weight. Look at PostNL for the conditions that your package must meet.

If your package does not comply with this, you can receive a fine via PostNL that comes to your own account.

A mailbox shipment does have track & trace information but is limited than the information from parcel shipments. The delivery status is an automatic status change, 24 hours after the package is sorted. This means that we cannot provide the same service in all areas for this type of package as for regular packages.

Before you return products, we kindly ask you to sign up from us in advance so that we know that you will return a product.

You can do it by logging in to our website and indicate this in your account.
