"A dream that has become reality." Wytse Wierda can't get his luck. The new chair for daughter Fleur, in which she participates in triathlons with her father, is a gift from heaven.
Wytse and Fleur were handed over the special wheelchair last Friday during a meeting in the house of the sport in Nieuwegein, in which the office of the National Triathlonbond office is located. A very successful collection campaign, which in record time produces the required 4000 euros, ensures that Fleur no longer needs to be in a buggy, but can participate in the sequel in a comfortable wheelchair to triathlons. Fleur is a multiple handicapped girl of 9 years old. She was born with microcephalie, a small size of the skull with a central nervous system disorder as a result. - Source: De Noordoostpolder.nl
