Swim Run

A SwimRun is a competition with several phases in which participants run and swim over a race track or career that includes at least two transitions between the swimming and walking phases of the race. All accessories used by the participants must be transported all the way to the finish.

The accessories you can think of are: swimming cuffs, hand paddle, (neoprene) shoes, special swim run wetsuit

Good sports nutrition is a must for the endurance athlete to deliver a good performance. After about 1.5 hours of exercise, the tank is empty at an athlete if there is no refilling.
