Shipping policy

In all cases, we will ship your order as soon as possible. If your order is in stock and you order on a business day before 3 p.m., we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Do we have a product out of stock? Then we will send you an email as soon as possible with the expected delivery time.

You can also pick up your order in our store. You do not pay shipping costs. When your order is ready for you, you will receive an e-mail. You can then come by without notice. Please bring your order confirmation with you and pay attention to the store opening hours.

Orders, if placed during the opening hours of our store, are usually ready for you within two hours. Orders placed outside our opening hours will be ready for you the next shopping day. Want to pick up your order faster? Just give us a call, and we'll try to have it ready for you right away.

Delivery time
After we ship your order, it usually takes a few days for the shipment to reach you. This delivery time can be longer due to seasonal traffic at our shipping partners, international shipping and customs formalities. Unfortunately we have no influence on long delivery times.

Receipt and if you are not at home
With track&trace from our shipping partner you can keep an eye on the delivery of the shipment. We will ship your order to your choice of home address, work address or a service point of our shipping partner.

If you are unexpectedly not at home, the shipment will often be offered again the next business day or taken to a service point of the shipping partner. There you can then pick it up. If delivery is ultimately unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.

Note: Is a shipment returned because you were not at home or because you did not pick it up? Please note that the return may then take several weeks. After we have received the return, we can send it again. Please note that we may then charge shipping costs again.

Didn't receive a package?
Haven't received your order yet? And also no pickup notification for a service point? Then first check the track&trace of our shipping partner, which you received by email when your package was sent. If the information does not provide clarity, you can send us an e-mail and we will keep you informed about this procedure:

  1. Consulting the track&trace

  2. Request information from our shipping partner.

  3. If the information request at the shipping partner does not provide clarity, we will initiate an investigation in cooperation with the shipping partner to track the shipment.

  4. Has the shipment not yet been found or delivered? Then the shipment may be missing. We will then ask you to fill out a statement indicating that you have not received the shipment. After completing this statement, we will make and send a new order or, if you wish, we will refund you the purchase price.
