Stryd is a tool designed for runners to measure the impact of wind. Stryd reports the extra power required to overcome air resistance. With Stryd, you know how much power you need to run against the wind, the energy saved when running with the wind or the energy saved when running in a group (trotting). Stryd gives runners the ability to turn wind into a measurable and performance-enhancing force.

Stryd is a small portable powermeter that clips onto your shoe. It measures more than a dozen values, such as performance, technique, muscle strength and fitness, just like the external running environment, and aggregates these values into 1 data, power.
