We have answered some frequently asked questions here. If you still have questions, feel free to contact our customer service.

Our store is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

On Saturday, we are open from 10:00 to 17:00.

We ship every order placed before 14:00 on the same day with our carrier GLS.

Check the GLS tracking to see when your package will be delivered.
If there is a delay, do not hesitate to contact customer service!

Absolutely! We have a physical store in Amsterdam.

So feel free to stop by for tips, fitting clothing/wetsuits, or to pick up your order!

It is of course possible to return or exchange your order within the statutory period.
